The paws4vets part of the paws4people foundation trains assistance dogs and places them with veterans suffering from combat injuries such as PTS or even attempted suicide. These dogs have a proven history of saving lives! Through the paws4vets Assistance dog placement Program, Veterans, Service Members and Military Dependents either with physical, neurological, psychiatric or emotional disabilities can receive Physical and/or Neurological Assistance Dogs, Medical Alert Assistant Dogs or emotional support Dogs.

The PAWS4VETS FUNDRAISER that was held last year on April 30, 2022  at The Sparrows Point Country Club was a huge success.   Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, our efforts were spread over two years with several postponed dates but with member donations, corporate donations and the proceeds from the event we were able to raise $43K+ for the paws4vets organization. Several paws4vets staff and clients with their dogs were in attendance including the female black lab that we were honored to name "Banner", who was 5 months old at the time.  Thanks to all our sponsors and donors for this event !

Plans are currently underway for our 2023 paws4vets Fundraising Effort and will be posted as soon as information is available.
