The 2025 General Assembly of Maryalnd will convene on January 8th..  Last session did not produce all of the bills favored by MOAA.  We hope that this session will produce more fruitful results. We will be updating this section periodically, so please keep an eye on the 2025 MD-Legislative Session page for proposed legislation and current status.

While we hope to see a progression towards the complete elimination of any taxation on Uniform Services retirement income, it will be unilkely happen this session, but we will continue to work changing this over time.  Please check ou the priroitiws that are listed under the Maryland Military Coalition Section.
