The Star Spangled Banner Chapter supports three US Army ROTC programs in the greater Baltimore area. Loyola University held their Commisioning Ceremony on 22 May 2025. Col (Ret) Frank Hilsher, our ROTC Chairperson, attended and presented the  ROTC MOAA Leadership Award to Cadet Reese Kropp and presented a copy of the Army Officers Guide to the 13 new 2LT's.

MOAA continues to support these programs and the future officers in a variety of ways. At Commissioning, each Cadet receives a copy of the "Army Officers Guide" as a gift to serve as a reference as they enter into the Profession of Arms. 

Thanks to all the members that contribute to providing the "Army Officers Guide". It is much appreciated by the new 2LTs.
