The Spring Commissioning Ceremonies for 2025 took place on 1 May 2025 for Johns Hopkins Universiity and 15 May 2025 for Morgan State University. Cadets Solana Postma (JHU) and Cadets Meyers & Wright (MSU) received the MOAA awards and certificates.

 ROTC Chairman for our Chapter, Col Frank Hilsher, USA (Ret) attended all the Commissioning ceremonies and presented the MOAA Awards above and each newly commissioned 2Lt received the Army Officer's Guide, a gift from our Chapter.
