The Winter Commissioning Ceremonies for 2024 took place on 11 Dec 2024 for Morgan State University, 5 Dec 2024 for Johns Hopkins University. A total of 13 new 2Lts were commissioned. 

 ROTC Chairman for our Chapter, Col Frank Hilsher, USA (Ret) attended all the Commissioning ceremonies and presented each newly commissioned 2Lt with the Army Officer's Guide, a gift from our Chapter.
