The 2025 General Assembly of Maryalnd ended on April 13th, and many of our lagislative goals were overcome by fiscal problens.  We will carry our objective into the 2026 Legislative session that will run from Janaury 14th through tapril 13th..  We hope that this session will produce more fruitful results. We will be updating this section periodically, so please keep an eye on the 2026 MD-Legislative Session page for proposed legislation and current status.

While we hope to see a progression towards the complete elimination of any taxation on Uniform Services retirement income.  Please check ou the priroitiws that are listed under the Maryland Military Coalition Section.
