The spring Commissioning Ceremonies for 2024 took place on 16 May 2024 for Morgan State University, 23 May 2024 for Towson & Loyola Universities and 24 May 2024 for Johns Hopkins University. A total of 34 new 2Lts were commissioned. Five Distinguished Military Graduates received certificates for their performance in the top 20% of all ROTC Cadets Nationwide!! (Second picture on the right).

 ROTC Chairman for our Chapter, Col Frank Hilsher, USA (Ret) attended all the Commissioning ceremonies and presented each newly commissioned 2Lt with the Army Officer's Guide, a gift from our Chapter. Our President, George Stakias,USANG (Ret) presented the MOAA Leadership Award to Cadet Patrick Gouanette at the Morgan State University ceremony.
