The Star Spangled Banner Chapter supports three US Army ROTC programs in the greater Baltimore area. Loyola University held their Miltary Ball on 24 April 2024. Col (Ret) Frank Hilsher, our ROTC Chairperson, attended and presented the  ROTC MOAA Leadership Award to Cadet Reilly Lockwood and presented a copy of the US Constitution to the soon to be commissioned Cadets. He also presented a special gift to PMS LTC Tim Mitroka who will be retiring and was attending his last Military Ball there.

MOAA continues to support these programs and the future officers in a variety of ways. At Commissioning, each Cadet receives a copy of the "Army Officers Guide" as a gift to serve as a reference as they enter into the Profession of Arms. 

Thanks to all the members that contribute to providing the "Army Officers Guide". It is much appreciated by the new 2LTs.
