Regular membership is available to all who are serving or have served on active duty as a commissioned or warrant officer of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Public Health Service and Space Force.
Surviving Spouse membership is open to spouses of Regular members, and widows/widowers of deceased individuals who, if living, would be eligible for Regular membership.
