Maryland Legislative Session 2024.  Status of Uniform Services Bill as of 05/06/24

The 2025 Maryland General Assembly session begins on January 8th TInformation on this pge will be updated as the session progresses.

We should continue to reach out to our House and Senate State Representatives to encourage the elimination of any age differences in the amount of tax emptions as well as eventually phasing out the taxation of Uniform Services retirement income.
